You can also attach an image of a crest you have seen or already have to check that we can supply one based on the same image (using our own supply of images). File attachments should be no more than 5MB in size and can be in the format .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp and .tiff
Please note: if you are contacting us because you did not receive your instant download image order link or details, please check your email. Specifically your Spam or Junk folders. Many emails are incorrectly sent there or even deleted by mail providers if they think the email is spam or otherwise. Instant download order details are automatically sent by our system as soon as payment has been processed. Non-instant download orders are processed manually and you will receive details by email as soon as the order has been processed.
